**September 2005 - I have completed my doctorate and am now a Doctor of Metaphysical Science, and an ordained Metaphysical Minister. I am now in the process of developing some future projects, classes, etc. One of the things I am working on are formats for meditation classes. If you live in the Woodbridge, Lake Ridge, Dale City areas of Virginia and would be interested in attending when I have the classes finished, email me and let me know, and I in turn will send you an email when the classes are set to begin. My intent is to offer a variety in the classes as well as thorough instruction and discussion of the importance/benefits of meditation. The classes will include spirit guide, chakra therapy, silent, past-life, and healing meditations.
