well i recived reiki 6 months ago, but after that i stopped practicing reiki, now what i want to ask is weather i need to get attanuation again or i can start on my own agian more over i wanna ask for how ling should i practice reiki in order to feel the energy in my body....like at what time should i practice reiki for how long should i concentrate AJ
