Sacred Flames Reiki
Sacred Flames Reiki (SFR) is a Reiki-inspired system compiled by Allison Dahlhaus. It uses guided visualizations and meditations for personal reflection and energetic balance, with no symbols or complex techniques to learn.
A personal spiritual practice
The course presents Sacred Flames Reiki as one approach among many. It invites each participant to work with the language and spiritual framework that feels right for them, without asking them to change their own beliefs.
The element of fire
Its practice draws on fire as a traditional metaphor for protection, nourishment and light. The course explores this through reflective exercises, including candle-focused meditation known as Tratak.
