A multidimensional practice
The program is presented as a spiritual practice for reconnecting with the Ascended Masters and exploring fulfillment across life, purpose and personal growth. It is taught through hands-on and distance energy practice alongside self-guided meditation.
Four levels, at a considered pace
A waiting period of at least seven days between attunements is recommended, giving participants time to integrate each level before continuing.
